Overview:
Designed and deployed a multi-tier backup and DR plan to protect critical infrastructure in field and HQ environments.

Deliverables:

• Implemented Synology NAS with RAID 6 and Btrfs snapshot replication.
• Set up Veeam Backup for VM and file services with encrypted cloud offsite backups.
• Established Synology C2 replication and cold archives.
• Developed DR runbooks, defined RTO/RPO metrics, and scheduled monthly restore tests.
• Generated automated summary reports for compliance and executive review.
